Short drag-and-drop and word-order games for the grammar focuses Grade 6 still needs: nouns, is / are / was / were, articles and prepositions. They sit beside the practice activities above — not instead of them.

Grade 6 Extra Listening Tests

Five extra listening tests written by RCF English, for practice beyond the textbook: short conversations, an announcement, a description and a story. The passage is read aloud by your own browser, so there is nothing to download.

Choose Practice to replay as often as you like, or Formal test for examination conditions, where the recording plays twice only. You can change the reading speed, and there are five words to learn before you listen. In Practice you can open the transcript if you are stuck; in a Formal test it appears only after you submit. Every test can be printed as a worksheet, and all of them, with the Pupil's Book activities, are together in the Listening Laboratory. These follow competency levels 1.1 to 1.6 of the 2026 syllabus.
