How to use these templates

Copy the headings into your record book or print this page. For the Competencies column, see English Competencies and Competency Levels by Grade. The units are listed in the order of each grade's Pupil's Book. Fill in the term, weeks and dates from your own school calendar; term dates and the number of English periods change from year to year and from school to school, so we have not filled them in for you.

These forms were written by RCF English and may be copied and adapted freely.

1. Annual plan (scheme of work)
