Ask RCF English
Type a question the way you would say it. It will point you at the right page, and answer the common ones directly.
This is a search, not an artificial intelligence
It matches the words in your question against written answers and the titles of all 800-odd pages on this site. It does not think, it will not write your essay, and it cannot answer a question about something that is not on this site.
That is a deliberate choice. A genuine AI assistant needs a paid key held on a server, and a key put inside a web page can be read and used by anybody. Until there is somewhere safe to keep one, an honest search is better than a chatbot that guesses.
Nothing you type is sent anywhere. It all runs in your own browser, so no question you ask here is recorded, transmitted or seen by anybody.
What it can and cannot do
Worth knowing before you try it, so you are not disappointed by the wrong expectation.
- It can find a page from a plain question - where are the Grade 9 past papers, games for grade 6, English Day circular.
- It understands grades. Put a grade in your question and it will prefer that grade's pages.
- It answers common questions directly - about the transfer system, the teacher groups, study packs, marking schemes - in a sentence or two, with the links.
- It cannot mark your work, write an essay, or explain a grammar point it has not been given an answer for.
- It only knows this site. For anything else, use the full site search or a search engine.
If this does not find it
Search the whole site
Looks inside the pages rather than only at their titles and headings.
