Refund and Return Policy

RCF Publications provides educational books, ebooks, learning resources and other digital educational materials to customers.

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases of ebooks and other downloadable digital materials are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered or access has been provided.

Before purchasing, customers are encouraged to review the product description and confirm that the selected product is suitable for their requirements.

A refund or replacement may be considered in the following circumstances:

• The customer was charged more than once for the same product due to a payment error.
• The customer paid for a product but did not receive the purchased digital product because of a technical problem.
• The delivered file is materially defective or corrupted and cannot be reasonably corrected or replaced.
• RCF Publications makes an error in delivering a product different from the one purchased.

Where appropriate, RCF Publications may provide a replacement copy or an alternative solution instead of a monetary refund.

Customers should contact RCF Publications as soon as possible after identifying a problem and provide the payment details and relevant information about the purchase.

Each request will be reviewed individually. If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's procedures.
