He teaches mainly online today, and writes the books and study guides published through RCF Publications.
About Rohana Fernando
RCF English was founded by Rohana Fernando, an experienced English teacher and lecturer who has devoted several decades to English-language learning and teaching. Throughout his career, he has sought to make English education clearer, more practical and more accessible to students, teachers and independent learners.
He has been a long-standing contributor to the development and sharing of English educational resources. His work extends beyond classroom teaching to teacher support, online learning communities, educational publishing and the preparation of practical learning materials.

Qualifications in brief
Rohana Fernando is a graduate in English from the University of Peradeniya and holds a Master of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Kelaniya. He has also obtained a TESOL qualification from the University of Peradeniya. He is an Associate Member of the Colombo Association of Language Skills and Dramatic Art (CALSDA).

Teaching today
Rohana Fernando currently conducts mainly online classes through RCF Online Academy. These classes allow him to share the knowledge and practical experience developed over his long academic and professional career with learners regardless of their location.
